Before the team leaves, each room has been worked down a written list, and the checklist is yours to keep. Cami trains every technician on it, and the same people come back to your home whenever the schedule allows.

Free house cleaning for neighbors in cancer treatment

Green Flamingo partners with the nonprofit Cleaning for a Reason. Each month the team serves at least two cancer patients in Wilson County, La Vernia, Adkins, St. Hedwig, Stockdale and Floresville, with two free home cleanings each.

Keys, bleach and the first visit

A standard clean of a small apartment or home usually runs $80 to $150, and larger homes $150 to $250 or more. Deep cleans and move in / move out cleans cost more because they take longer. Recurring weekly, every-two-weeks and monthly service is discounted, and the booking calculator gives the exact price for your home before you confirm.

If your home has not had a professional clean in the last three months, yes. The deep clean takes off the layers of dust and buildup by hand, baseboards, door frames, cabinet fronts and blinds included, and the standard recurring clean keeps it there afterwards.

Yes. The team brings the cleaning solutions, microfiber cloths, mops and vacuums. If you would rather they use your own products, ask and they will. They do not use bleach.

No. Many clients leave a key, a door code or a lockbox. Keys are number-coded and handed back. Firearms need to be locked away before the visit.

As long as scheduling allows, yes. Cami keeps the same technicians on the same homes so they learn how you like each room left.

Yes. Active duty personnel, veterans, teachers and first responders get an extra 5% off every service. Use the code Hero at checkout.

Tell the office within 48 hours and the team comes back to re-clean those specific areas at no cost. Payments for services already performed are not refunded.

48 hours. A cancellation inside 48 hours carries a $50 fee. Arrival times are guaranteed only for 8am clients because of San Antonio traffic, so call or text for an estimate on later slots.
