What builds up between visits
In a Saint Hedwig home the dust settles where nobody looks: on the ceiling fan blades, along the slats of the window blinds, in the corners where the cobwebs start. Rings form in the toilet bowl, kitchen grease coats the hood vent over the cook top, and pet hair finds every soft surface in the house.
Renae Brotherton, in a five-star Google review, wrote that the team “got the rings out of the toilets that I couldn’t get out, they did a great job getting the pet hair out as well.” Those are the exact spots the standard checklist is written around.
Every one of them is a line on the list: cobwebs removed, all lights, ceiling fans and blades dusted, window blinds and window frames dusted, the toilet cleaned at the base and under the lid, the hood vent cleaned and polished. Nothing depends on a technician remembering to look up.
How the visit runs
The team works room by room from a written checklist: the bathrooms, the kitchen, and the bedrooms and common areas. The checklist for each room is handed to you, so you can see what was on the list and hold the visit to it.
Green Flamingo brings the supplies and the equipment: cleaning solutions, microfiber cloths, mops and vacuums. The team does not use bleach, and if you would rather they use your own products, say so when you book. You do not need to be home. Many clients leave a key, a door code or a lockbox, and keys are number-coded and handed back. Firearms need to be locked away before the visit.
As long as the schedule allows, the same technicians come back to your home, so they learn how you like each room left. Cami checks in on the work, and the last toilet roll in every bathroom is folded to a point and pressed with the flamingo mark.
Keeping it on schedule
The standard clean runs weekly, every two weeks or monthly, and recurring service is discounted. You can also book it one time, for just the bathrooms, kitchen and floors, by the hour, or for an event. If your home has not had a professional clean in the last three months, start with a deep clean, then move to the standard visit to keep it there.
Rachel Gebhardt, in a five-star Google review, wrote that she planned to “have them come back biweekly because their amazing work is something I can’t live without now!”
If something was missed, tell the office within 48 hours and the team comes back to re-clean those areas at no cost. Cancel at least 48 hours ahead to avoid the $50 fee, and skipping more than one consecutive recurring visit adds $25. Call or text 210-996-8854, Monday to Friday, 8 to 5.
