Free house cleaning for people in cancer treatment
Green Flamingo has partnered with the nonprofit Cleaning for a Reason so that Wilson County neighbors going through cancer treatment can hand the housework to someone else, free.
Each month, we proudly serve at least two cancer patients, providing two free home cleanings per patient.

How a patient or a family member applies
You do not need to book anything with us first. The nonprofit is where the application starts.

Apply for yourself, or for someone you love
A patient can apply, and so can a family member applying for them. Either way it starts on the nonprofit’s page.

If you are a neighbor
You can help without a form. If someone you know is in treatment, tell them the application is at cleaningforareason.org. They, or a family member, can apply for them.
