Every home is a different size, so the price comes from the booking calculator, not a flat rate. The slip beside this shows the ranges the calculator works inside.
Pick your clean, add the fridge, the oven or the windows if you want them, and the calculator gives the real quote before you commit to anything.

Paying, tipping and the fees
Payment is due at the time of service unless you are invoiced monthly. Green Flamingo takes cash, credit cards and Zelle.
Sales tax is added as required by Texas law, and tips are welcome but never required.

Arrival times are guaranteed only for 8am clients, because of San Antonio traffic, so if timing matters to your day, ask for the 8am slot when you book.
Report it within 48 hours and the room gets re-cleaned
If something was missed, tell Green Flamingo within 48 hours of the visit. The team re-cleans the specific areas at no cost.
Services that have already been rendered are not refunded, so the fix is a return trip to the spot, not money back. The full wording on keys, breakage and what the team does not clean sits in policies and procedures.
Send a gift card
Gift cards are sent online through the Green Flamingo booking system, so a clean can be the present: a new baby, a move, a hard month.
